AurHomes makes it easy to plan for and adjust to your temporary living space, whether you're a first-time traveler or a seasoned pro. Whatever your destination, we make the arrangements for your comfortable and furnished home away from home. No stress. No worries.

ONCE YOUR ASSIGNMENT IS CONFIRMED

• AurHomes will contact you to verify the details of your assignment and your information in order to begin the process of researching housing options in the area.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• You'll receive move-in instructions and a check list from AurHomes via email prior to your departure.
• Make a phone call to the representative with the housing complex included on your instructions to touch base, confirm your arrival date, and to make final arrangements, such as picking up your key onsite and other specifics.
• Forward your mail.
• We recommend you purchase Renters Insurance to ensure your personal belongings are protected.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• Complete your move-in check list and return it to AurHomes within three days following your arrival. We want to make sure you're squared away.
• Be sure the housing complex has your emergency contact information, as well as your cell phone number and car information.
• Obtain the phone numbers for those you may need to contact onsite should any problems arise, such as maintenance, the management office, and after hours service.
• When you receive utility bills or apartment correspondence, forward them to your Aureus Medical account manager.

MOVING OUT

• Be sure to forward your mail.
• Disconnect your cable / internet and return any equipment.
• Do a quick clean of your living space before you depart - sweep, clean out the fridge, and take out the trash.
• Return your keys / key fob to the management office. If you're in a hotel, check out at the front desk.

PET TRAVEL

• Be sure to communicate with your account manager your desire to travel with your pet before your housing is secured.
• Your pet's shots must be up to date prior to your departure.
• Pack current vet paperwork.
• Consider what items your pet will need in order to be comfortable in the living space while you are working.
